- 'O'/'A' Level graduates who have gained admission into the course

- Monthly allowance S$1,100
- Tuition fee funding capped S$2,000 per year
- Pre-sponsorship medical examination and vaccination fees
- Students with good academic results will also receive study awards per semester/trimester
