Your Role at Baxter:
The leader in transfers is responsible to plan, organize and administrate the applicable resources to ensure that the goals of a project are being achieved, as well as ensure that objectives and activities of the transfer are being executed. Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team that will not be a “Direct report” resource. Apply basic tools for correct project management administration as capital/cost, resources, risk mitigations and activities to ensure the correct completion of project, also satisfy and exceed the project expectations of all stakeholders/team members/customers internal and external.

What You'll Be Doing:


1. Knowledge in project management tools for capital control related to project transfer implementation and ensure the on-time closure of the Capital request.

2. Coordinate activities for different departments to ensure the completion of the activity’s due dates, coordination of department/resources include but are not limited to materials, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, etc.

3. Responsible to generate/provide status report to the staff to communicate project updates and the appropriated escalations.

4. Manage the Risk/mitigations for the activities to potentially be late or activities out of the scope of the project.

5. Knowledge in Engineering area related to process/components validation as well as knowledge about supply chain.

6. This position can supervise and/or provide technical orientation and safety information to their team members, engineers and technician related to problem solving.

7. Coordinate/Manage (If it is required) the trips related to project transfer, this includes the budget and the logistic of the trip as well as ensure the safety of the team members during the trip.

8. If it is necessary, provide support during the execution of validation as IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV.

9. Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet 10. Identifies resources needed and requests assignments for individual responsibilities and works with function to define team needs.

11. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.


What You'll Bring:

  • Professional with a degree inndustrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanic Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar.
  • 4-6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; 3+ years of project management experience and line transfers.
  • Experience in validation execution as IQ/OQ/PQ as well as basic statistical knowledge for validations purposes.
  • Experience in protocol and reports drafting, drawing interpretation.
  • Ability to prioritize relevant project information and deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.
  • Basic knowledge in Product Quality Planning.
  • Oral and written communications in English advanced.
