Make an Impact as a Specialist, Site Contracts at Worldwide


As a Specialist, Site Contracts, you will play a critical role in helping clinical research studies move forward by leading the preparation, negotiation, and execution of agreements with research sites. Your work will support strong partnerships between sponsors and investigators while helping ensure studies remain compliant, efficient, and on track.


In this role, you'll collaborate with sites, sponsors, legal teams, regulatory partners, and internal stakeholders to manage the full contract lifecycle. From negotiating budgets and contract language to resolving issues and facilitating execution, you'll help drive timely study start-up activities that ultimately support the advancement of new therapies for patients.


You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through effective negotiation, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced global clinical research environment.


Where You'll Work


This is a remote role open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare and manage country-specific contract templates, site agreements, amendments, and related study documentation.
  • Lead negotiations of contract terms and site budgets to support timely study start-up and execution.
  • Partner with clinical sites, sponsors, legal, regulatory, data privacy, and study teams to resolve contract-related issues and drive agreement finalization.
  • Track negotiation progress, maintain accurate contract status updates, and provide visibility into planned timelines and milestones.
  • Escalate risks, non-standard requests, and negotiation challenges to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Review contracts and associated documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and quality before execution.
  • Coordinate contract translations and ensure country-specific requirements are incorporated into site agreements when needed.
  • Facilitate contract execution and distribution of fully executed agreements to sites, sponsors, study teams, and internal systems.
  • Support amendment, termination, donation, and other contract-related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, investigator/site contracts, or related legal field.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating site contracts, budgets, and contract language with clinical research sites or related stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial regulations, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contract terms, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with familiarity with contract management systems and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, regulatory, and clinical operations partners.
