• Diploma Mechanical Engg from reputed University / Institute

• Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, Diploma)

Experience

Minimum – 25 years             Maximum – 33 years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

Support the entire design lifecycle of two wheeler Rolling chassis components which includes the following stages

1. Sound knowledge of chassis components- Frame/Handle bar system/Fabricated parts/Brakes/Suspension/swing arm assembly/Wheels/Forging & Casting parts.

1. Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software

1. Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking.

1. Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in chassis component system mentioned above

1. Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc

Technical/ Functional:

• Proficient in chassis component design in either of the following systems/ Frame/Handle bar system/Fabricated parts/Brakes/Suspension/swing arm assembly/Wheels/Forging & Casting parts.

• Good understanding & awareness of new technologies used in vehicles

• Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements

• Good communication skills
