What you'll do

• Develop and maintain data security standards, policies, and information classification frameworks. 
• Design, implement, and improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other platforms. 
• Drive initiatives to identify and protect sensitive business data. 
• Ensure data protection requirements are implemented across enterprise systems. 
• Monitor emerging data security technologies and best practices. 
• Advise and educate stakeholders on data security and information protection. 
• Support compliance with privacy and security regulations, secure AI adoption, and the safe exchange of information with customers, suppliers, and partners. 

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Data Management, Information Systems, Law, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in information security, data protection, governance, or compliance. 
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies is highly preferred. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, Data Classification, DLP, Microsoft 365 Security, AI Governance, Data Lifecycle Management, Identity & Access Management, Insider Risk Management, and data governance principles.
