We are hiring an experienced Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently working as a Sous Chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the same role.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training skills.
Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Smart, proactive, well-presented, and professionally groomed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Salary
Salary: QAR 5,500 + 1 duty meal + Free accommodation and transportation + Annual air ticket

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Sous Chef
