About the opportunity

Join a high-impact AI pod as a Solutions Lead, owning solution design, governance, and client relationship while driving enterprise AI automation on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Salesforce Agentforce .

About our client

Our client specializes in industrial process control and automation technology, helping manufacturers improve performance while valuing strong relationships and top talent .

What you'll do

• Lead discovery with business and Technology stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes .

• Design AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications, delivering clear build specifications to the engineer .

• Own feasibility, risk, and value assessments for every prototype and proof of concept before executive presentation .

• Apply and enforce cybersecurity, data-governance, privacy, and responsible-AI requirements, including human-review steps and production approval gates .

• Define test cases and acceptance criteria for accuracy, reliability, security, usability, and cost, reviewing solutions before production release .

• Set implementation standards and own the reusable-component library across solutions .

• Set adoption targets at design time and report against them monthly using client usage data .

• Lead user enablement via workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer .

• Keep the backlog honest by prioritizing bi-weekly with the Product Owner and triaging change requests .

• Track Microsoft and Salesforce AI roadmaps to advise the client on what to adopt, defer, or ignore .

What you bring (must-haves)

• 8+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions, with at least 4 years in a solution architecture, technical lead, or lead consultant role .

• Deep, hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), including permissions, environments, ALM, and governance at enterprise scale .

• Experience designing and shipping agent/copilot solutions to production in the last 12 to 18 months on Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Agentforce .

• Integration fluency with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, and at least one enterprise ERP .

• Working understanding of generative AI in an enterprise setting (grounding, LLM limitations, human-in-the-loop requirements) .

• Proven experience running discovery and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders .

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above, verified) for leading weekly client sessions .

Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

• Microsoft or Salesforce certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, Agentforce Specialist) .

• Background in manufacturing, industrial automation, field service, or engineering services .

• IFS ERP experience .

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or regulations

• Prior fractional or advisory engagement experience .
