Job Description:

• Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, including Service Channels, Case Management, PSR, Agent Workspace, Supervisor Configuration, Presence Configuration, and Messaging Sessions.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration & Customization: Strong experience with Omni-Channel (Skill-Based Routing), Knowledge Management, security models (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets), record types, objects, page layouts, picklists, macros, email templates, reports, dashboards, apps, and consoles.
•  Technical Troubleshooting & Development Understanding: Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot Flows, LWC, Apex, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, and perform data analysis/debugging using SOQL within complex Salesforce environments.
• Solution Design & Stakeholder Management: Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions, working with integrations and managed packages, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within aggressive timelines across global time zones.
