Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• UX design experience on complex enterprise (B2B) web applications.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, and usability skills.
• Proficiency with UX and visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design platforms.
• Experience designing data-rich, workflow-heavy enterprise applications.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead UX design initiatives, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality, consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional development environments.

Mandatory Skills: React JS . Experience: 8-10 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
