Job Summary

Process Mining Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Process Mining Manager with strong process mining expertise, client relationship management, and pre-sales capabilities to drive business growth and successful client outcomes.

This role requires a hands-on manager who can engage with senior stakeholders, identify transformation opportunities, manage process mining implementations, support sales pursuits and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Process Mining programs from assessment through value realization.
• Engage with client executives and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Drive process discovery, conformance analysis, bottleneck identification, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure successful project delivery, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and client satisfaction.
• Translate process mining insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Manage process mining implementations using industry-leading platforms such as:
• UiPath Process Mining
• Celonis
• SAP Signavio
• Other Process Intelligence platforms
• Define data requirements and collaborate with technical teams for data extraction and integration.
• Drive process standardization, automation identification, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for Process Mining, Task Mining, RPA, AI, Agentic AI, and workflow optimization.

• Support sales teams with solution design, estimations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Conduct Process Mining assessments, workshops, and executive demos.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Process Mining Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing Process Mining initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Process Mining concepts including:
• Process Discovery
• Variant Analysis
• Conformance Checking
• Root Cause Analysis
• KPI Monitoring
• Continuous Improvement
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Process Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management methodologies.

Domain Expertise (Preferred)

Strong experience in one or more of the following industries:

Insurance, Manufacturing, Finance & Shared Services
