Resource Expertise Description

Ability to translate business requirements into e2e designs working with the relevant domain Principal Product Leads. 

Understand customer journeys and work collaboratively with COO to provide understanding of technical feasibility and potential solutions.

Expertise Must Have

Experience in working on solutions and coding of Customer Operations systems, strong communication skills and problem solving.

​This person will be in Den Haag HQ working alongside the Customer Operations Teams.

• Solution Ownership: Own and define the end to end solution for business and strategic initiatives, including cross-domain solutions from business need through to operational readiness.
• Solution Design: Produce conceptual, high level and support low level design to the standard required at each governance check point.
• Business Understanding: Understand the business need and impact behind a change to ensure that it is reflected in to the design.
• Governance Adherence: Ensure all solutions are in line with architectural governance and adhere to principles, patterns in place for existing components.  Ensure any architectural gaps are discussed with Enterprise Architects.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Identified as the key contact point for Tehnical change to deliver a business initiative.  Build long term relationships across all departments in Odido, articulating complex technical topics to non-technical and leadership audiences, and reporting on issues to the responsible manager.
• Innovation & Anticipation: Anticipate customer and requester needs, taking a new perspective on complex problems and existing solutions while keeping abreast of emerging technology across the telecom industry.
• Planning & Resourcing: Manage own time and that of others to ensure that end to end solutions are created in line with strategic deliverables and business desire to launch change quickly.
