This client-facing role translates Copilot and AI priorities into timely, platform-native content, aligning stakeholders, channel strategy, assets and approvals to deliver publish-ready content quickly and effectively.͏
- Own day-to-day social media management for the Copilot Commercial Solution Area (CSA), including content planning, intake, coordination, publishing readiness, and follow-through.
- Partner with product marketing managers, social leads, creative partners, and client stakeholders to understand objectives and translate complex Copilot, AI, and technology stories into clear, compelling, audience-relevant social content.
- Develop and adapt platform-native content across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, selecting the appropriate format, voice, and call to action for each audience and platform.
- Use Sprinklr to manage social planning, workflows, scheduling, publishing, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
- Manage announcements, product launches, campaigns, and fast-turn requests from intake through delivery, coordinating copy, creative assets, reviews, approvals, dependencies, and final publish-ready content.
- Write and refine social copy that makes complex AI and technology topics accessible, credible, engaging, and consistent with brand voice.
- Leverage approved AI-assisted tools, including Copilot, to accelerate ideation, first drafts, content variations, research synthesis, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong human judgment and appropriate brand safeguards.
- Monitor content performance and audience response, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve future content strategy and channel selection.
- Collaborate with embedded supplier and agency teams supporting other commercial solution areas, including Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Industry, to coordinate shared initiatives, align content, and avoid duplication.
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, approval requirements, dependencies, and shifting priorities to keep stakeholders aligned and work moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
͏
Required qualifications:- 3–5 years of professional social media management experience, ideally supporting a large brand, agency client, B2B technology company, or complex enterprise program.

- Hands-on Sprinklr expertise required, including publishing workflows, scheduling, approvals, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and the ability to translate a single business story into distinct, platform-native content.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and AI topics while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements, clarifying ambiguous requests, facilitating decisions, and managing expectations.
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent requests, shifting priorities, reviewers, and tight deadlines.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to develop strong first drafts or interim content direction while inputs or creative assets are still evolving.
- Curiosity and practical enthusiasm for AI tools, balanced with sound judgment regarding quality, brand safety, confidentiality, and responsible use.
- Positive, agile, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to step in wherever needed to keep work moving.
