Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
It combines advanced troubleshooting, risk remediation, customer support, and team guidance. Responsibilities include administering Palo Alto Firewalls, Aruba Clearpass NAC and Prisma systems; managing firewall policies, VPN, IPS, proxy, and threat protection; and handling critical P1 and P2 escalations. Required skills include least-privilege rule design, compliance remediation, firmware upgrades, authentication troubleshooting, performance monitoring and mentoring team members.
