Site HSE Manager
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site HSE Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a unique project in a construction supervision capacity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Contributing to periodic reports
- Auditing contractor safety compliance
- Mentoring and leading a team of safety specialists
- Reviewing contractor documentation for compliance with project and code requirements
- Conducting daily site walks with contractors
- Chairing H&S meetings and workshops
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- BSc or MSc degree
- 10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certifications
- Advanced HSSEQ
- Capability to lead incident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis and driving the lessons learned process
