Job Description

We are looking for a senior silicon architect to lead customer-facing solutioning for turnkey silicon programs. You will shape winning solutions from concept to production-ready silicon and act as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering leadership.

What you will do:

•    Lead architecture workshops and technical solutioning for new silicon engagements.
•    Define end-to-end turnkey solutions: SoC/ASIC/chiplet architecture, design, verification, physical design, packaging, validation and production ramp.
•    Own technical scope, estimates and risk in proposals and statements of work.
•    Partner with foundries, EDA/IP and packaging ecosystem partners to build differentiated offerings.
•    Guide delivery teams through architecture reviews and handover.
•    Mentor senior engineers and build reusable solution assets.

What you will bring:

•    20+ years in semiconductor engineering, including 8+ years in SoC/ASIC architecture or technical pre-sales leadership.
•    Strong end-to-end knowledge of the silicon lifecycle, from specification to tape-out to production.
•    Deep expertise in at least two of: compute subsystems, interconnect/NoC, memory subsystems, high-speed I/O (PCIe/CXL/UCIe), low-power design, or chiplets/advanced packaging.
•    Track record of shaping and winning large engineering or turnkey silicon engagements.
•    Advanced-node experience and working knowledge of foundry flows.
•    Executive presence and strong communication with senior customer stakeholders.
•    BS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; MS or PhD preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
