Shift Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

First-contact triage via Service Desk, email, chat, or walk-up.
Troubleshoot hardware (laptop/desktop, monitors, docks, keyboards, mice), OS issues (Windows/macOS),
and common applications (Office 365, browsers, Z Scalar).
Resolve network connectivity (Wi-Fi/Ethernet), printers, and peripheral issues.
Assist with MFA, SSO, password resets, account lockouts, and profile issues.
