As a SHE Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding the health, safety, and environmental performance of our site. You will act as Prevention Advisor, EnviroAre you passionate about safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being? Do you have the expertise to ensure legal compliance while driving a strong safety culture in a dynamic industrial environment? Then we are looking for you!

Your responsibilities

• Act as Prevention Advisor and Environmental Coordinator.
• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SHE legislation and environmental permits.
• Manage SHE documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Support safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 and Environmental Coordinator A.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.
• Proactive, analytical, and communicative.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
