Job Summary

Looking for a highly experienced and strategic Service Delivery Manager - Automation to provide leadership and direction for our critical IT infrastructure. This role demands a proven track record of 2 0 + years in managing complex infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of reliability, performance, security, and efficiency across our infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms. Should have excellent understanding about the Automation tools & governance  

Key Responsibilities

lient Management:  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction on Day-to-Day Automation  

Continuous Improvement:   Work with the team to identify area of Automations, work with Automation team and implement the solutions. Showcase the improvements to the customer and meet the defined target  

Governance:   Establish and maintain a robust governance process, including regular meetings with stakeholders , Internal Leads, R&C, etc.  

Skill Requirements

Supporting Skills:  

• Scrum & Agile:   Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in iterative cycles, incorporating continuous feedback and adapting to change requirements to enhance product quality and team performance.  

• AWS & Azure:  Has working knowledge of servers, storage, and databases, along with experience in AWS and Azure APIs and message queuing services  

• Databases:  Familiarity with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including basic SQL query writing and database management tasks  

• Terraform, Jenkins & Kubernetes:  Has experience in deploying code to Kubernetes cluster and cloud native services using Jenkins pipeline and Terraform code  

• Communication:  Communicates clearly across technical topics
