Senior Test Lead - Python, Selenium

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr Selenium / Java Automation Developer with exceptional skills in Python development, Automation, GIT, Jira. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium / Java Automation and a deep understanding of software engineering principles. Familiarity with Docker is highly desirable. 

Key Responsibilities

• Independent team player having extensive experience in all testing phase and agile methodologies  

• Experienced in designing, executing, and maintaining the automation test cases with Java Selenium code  

• Created In-sprint and regression automation design for new functionality and committing using Git 

• Writing reusable function and methods in Java 

• Implementation of OOPS in framework 

• Hands on experience CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and version control tool Git 

• Participated in PI Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective meeting.  

• API testing using Rest Assured or Post man 

• Should have good knowledge in and out of Test Plan and its use  

• Experience and exposure to all types of testing  

• Writing comprehensive functional test cases to ensure the reliability of the application and deliver a bug free product  

• Identify bugs and raising in respective tool and continuous follow up to bring it to closure  

• Working in Agile/Scrum to deliver high quality product  

• Good to have Semiconductor domain knowledge

Technical Skills: Core Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, Defect Management , Test Management and Test Data Management , d efect tracking , SDLC, STLC, Test plan creation, Test strategy, test script creation, test script execution, analyzing the results , Bug life cycle, different types of testing, Agile methodology  

Secondary Skills:  Good to have automation exposure in API testing, SQL, Performance testing   

Tools: IntelliJ, Selenium, JUnit, JIRA  

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
