Quality Assurance Lead
"This assignment is within a global cross country IT team, with focus on Production Planning and Sequencing.
The team works close together with stakeholders from Volvos different production sites.
 
The team operates according to a T-shaped model, where everyone take responsibility in Onetime, Runtime, Rollout and related activities. 
This role will have a special responsibility when it comes to quality assurance. 
 
To manage this role, the most important is Deep knowledge within several domains within MTM target map, with focus on Planning and Sequencing and surrounding applications. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
The daily work includes, but are not limited to:
•    Lead the internal process for test automation.
•    Analyze of factories production flow.
•    Scenario creation E2E.
•    Work with refinement specification.
•    Work together with DPO to manage team backlog.
•    Create test plan and test suites for each release.
•    Perform peer review of each new developed feature.
•    Coordinate and carry out test activities jointly with business and full team.
•    Coordinate and carry out ""cross testing"" together with other teams.
•    Coordinate test environments refresh activities (ST, SIT, QA, PreProd) within the team and with global E2E team.
 
Required Experience and Skills:
•    Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience.
•    Extensive knowledge across several domains within the MTM target map.
•    Strong expertise in Planning and Sequencing, including its surrounding applications.
•    Solid experience in quality assurance, test planning, test execution, and test automation.
•    Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
•    Strong collaboration and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams."
