Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions that support formal requirements management, test management, traceability, impact analysis, verification & validation activities across the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate and apply modern AI frameworks, agentic architectures, orchestration platforms, and enterprise AI services to solve complex ALM and engineering challenges.
• Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, and automation workflows to support analysis, generation, data cohesion, and quality assurance activities.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise ALM applications like Polarion, Azure DevOps, Quality Center.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graph, and semantic search solutions to improve information discovery and contextual assistance.
• Design APIs, services, and user interfaces that enable seamless interaction with AI-powered capabilities.
• Collaborate with Requirements Engineers, Test Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and Domain Experts to identify automation opportunities and deliver business value.
• Learn and leverage ALM tool SDKs, APIs, and extension frameworks to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, quality, and performance requirements, particularly within regulated industries like healthcare.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI application effectiveness, accuracy, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building applications using AI/ML and Large Language Model frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud-based solutions, and system integration.
• Experience implementing advanced AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval architectures, semantic search, agentic frameworks, orchestration platforms, or similar technologies.
• Experience with formal Requirements Engineering, Test Management, Traceability, and quality management processes.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval strategies, and AI application design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into platforms such as Polarion, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, Teamcenter, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience with requirements management and verification tools such as Polarion, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, or comparable engineering lifecycle management platforms.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI platforms, Databricks, or comparable enterprise AI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, NLP, enterprise search, and information management solutions.
• Experience working in regulated domains such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Software.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
