Job Summary

We require an experienced SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) specialist with hands-on ECC HR configuration capability to enable direct employee and organizational-data replication from SuccessFactors to ECC, supporting the removal of the current on-premise HCM system from the integration flow.

The requirement covers two distinct capabilities: BIB implementation and ECC HR mini-master configuration; the meeting explicitly identified the need for “these two elements.”

Requested staffing approach: Please propose either one consultant who can demonstrably cover both capabilities or complementary specialists with clear ownership of each workstream.

Required skills and experience

The proposed resource or team should demonstrate:

• Hands-on SAP BIB implementation and configuration experience in a SuccessFactors-to-SAP HCM/ECC replication context.
• ECC HR configuration capability, specifically employee mini-master and required organizational-data support; general finance-focused ECC experience alone does not address the gap identified in the meeting.
• Ability to understand and reuse existing mappings and integration logic, rather than rebuild that functionality as a custom CPI layer.
• Understanding of effective-dated HR data and integration error handling.
• Ability to collaborate across the ECC/BIB and CPI components, including investigation of interface defects during testing and hypercare.
•   Preferred: Prior knowledge of our existing HCM implementation, configuration and documentation, which the architects identified as a way to reduce delivery risk and accelerate implementation
