Job Description

Confession...

We're not looking for just any Speech Pathologist.

We're looking for the one other Speechies turn to.

The clinician who naturally mentors others, enjoys solving complex clinical challenges and still loves making a genuine difference for participants.

If you're ready to lead, mentor and continue doing the clinical work you love, this could be your next chapter.

What you'll be doing

  • Mentor, coach and formally supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
  • Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

You'll thrive here if you...

  • Are a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
  • Have NDIS experience.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
  • Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.

Why Ability Action Australia?

  • Generous salary package plus vehicle allowance, laptop, phone and CPD.
  • Salary packaging including self-education and novated leasing.
  • Flexible work from home and office.
  • Leadership development through MedHealth Academy.
  • Clear career progression and incentive program.

Not sure if you're ready for a change?

Let's start with a confidential conversation. No pressure. No hard sell. Just a chat about where you are in your career and where you'd like it to go. Or APPLY now and I'll be in touch!
