Senior Specialist - Voice - Data Analytics And Business Intelligence

Job Summary

This role supports the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of data reports and dashboards to ensure consistent and reliable information delivery for business decision-making. The individual is expected to collect, validate, and organize data from various sources, maintain reporting documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with established standards. Effective communication of analytical findings and proactive participation in team initiatives are essential to achieving process objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and validate data using Excel and SQL to support the creation and updating of routine reports and dashboards according to established schedules.
2. Organize and maintain reporting templates and documentation in SharePoint to ensure version control and data consistency.
3. Identify and escalate data discrepancies by performing data quality checks using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
4. Support process improvement by participating in team initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting accuracy and efficiency.
5. Communicate key findings and report outcomes to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
6. Adhere to data governance practices and compliance requirements when handling sensitive business information.
7. Prioritize reporting tasks to meet service level agreements and support team performance metrics.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Business Intelligence Concepts.
2. Experience With Excel, Sql, And Bi Tools Such As Power Bi Or Tableau For Data Manipulation And Visualization.
3. Good Organizational Skills For Managing Reporting Templates And Documentation.
4. Ability To Perform Data Validation And Identify Discrepancies.
5. Good Communication Skills For Conveying Analytical Findings And Collaborating Within The Team.
6. Familiarity With Data Governance And Compliance Requirements.
