Job Summary

Job Title: Principal AI Solutions Architect & CoE Capability Lead (Google Cloud / Agentic AI)  About the Role: HCLTech is seeking an entrepreneurial, deeply technical AI Solutions Architect & CoE Capability Lead to spearhead one of our flagship hyperscaler account’s AI Transformation Charter. Reporting directly to the Director of AI Strategy, Transformation & Delivery, you will sit at the center of a 350+ person global engineering ecosystem—driving hands-on workforce upskilling, owning our Reusable AI Asset Factory across 100+ active engagements, and co-architecting production multi-agent AI solutions. IMPORTANT NOTE ON ROLE PROFILE: This is NOT a traditional desk-bound Solutions Architect role. We are looking for an energetic "Builder-Educator & Technical Evangelist" who not only architects production multi-agent systems, but also genuinely enjoys designing curricula and personally delivering classroom trainings, hands-on coding labs, interactive workshops, and account-wide AI hackathons to transform our 350+ existing delivery personnel across 7 distinct engineering personas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workforce Acceleration, Classroom Training, Labs & Hackathons (35%) • Own end-to-end technical enablement across a 350+ global delivery workforce spanning 7 role-based personas: Software Engineers (SWE), Data Engineers, SRE & DevOps, QA & Testing, Technical Support, BSA & Product Owners, and UX Designers. • Design persona-specific learning curricula and personally conduct classroom training sessions, live hands-on coding labs, interactive architecture workshops, and brown-bag clinics tailored to each persona's daily project workflows. • Organize and run periodic account-wide AI Hackathons, prompt-engineering challenges, and "Build-a-thon" sprints that convert real project pain points into working AI prototypes. • Build and maintain sandbox lab environments, capstone exercises, and guided certification study cohorts to mentor our Lateral FDE Launchpad cohort and internal Technical Leads through Google Cloud Partner Specialist (CPS) credentials, Google Cloud Professional Agentic Architect certifications, and the 32-hour Elite FDE Bootcamp. 2. AI Capability Center (CoE) & Reusable Asset Factory (35%) • Own and architect the account-wide Centralized AI Asset Repository—converting project-specific innovations and hackathon winners into modular, production-ready building blocks that compress delivery timelines by 40% across 100+ engagements. • Design, standardize, and maintain core reusable assets including: - Modular Agent Skills, Enterprise System Prompt Libraries, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connectors. - Agentic Evaluation Harnesses (LLM-as-a-judge autoraters, synthetic QA test suites, drift telemetry). - Enterprise Data Onboarding Accelerators, Knowledge Graph (EKG) pipelines, and AI Security Guardrails (DLP redaction, Model Armor, policy-as-code). • Provide technical direction to a 10-member Elite AI Core Guild (Senior Solutions Architects, Data Architects, and SRE Leads) across four specialized pods: Forward Deployment, Agentic Workflows, Data & Knowledge Graphs, and Governance & EvalOps. 3. High-ROI AI Solutions Consulting & Architecture (30%) • Partner with the Director of AI Strategy, Transformation & Delivery and domain Architects to conduct Systematic Workflow Audits across client Product Areas—identifying high-toil operational bottlenecks and designing outcome-driven AI transformation roadmaps. • Co-lead the architecture and MVP delivery of flagship multi-agent solutions (such as intelligent ticket triage engines, automated privacy/compliance review workflows, spatial knowledge graphs, and enterprise resource planners) delivering 40%–60% business toil reduction. • Enforce enterprise-grade security, zero-trust identity (SPIFFE/OAuth), VPC-SC routing, and token/cost optimization across all production AI deployments. Required Qualifications: • 15+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Architectur
