We work with many of the world’s best-known brands - you will be directly building the product we are selling to these companies.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver new product features using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow
- Write clear specs and prompts, break work into agent-sized tasks, and guide agents to high-quality results
- Critically review, test, and debug agent-generated code, so that everything you ship meets our standards for correctness, security, and maintainability
- Design, code, and automate tests for new product features, by hand when it's the right tool

- Address complex technical engineering issues related to scale and performance
- Engage directly with the Product team and other engineers to gather and understand requirements
- Help the team improve how we work with agents by sharing prompts, workflows, and lessons learned

- Collaborate with remote team members using tools like Slack and Zoom
- Participate in an on-call rotation as part of the team's commitment to own production
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in programming using open source technologies
- Strong engineering fundamentals. You can read, write, and debug code without an agent, and you know when an agent's output is wrong
- Hands-on experience with, or genuine enthusiasm for, AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to express intent precisely in writing, which is the foundation of working well with agents
- A problem-solver, eager to address challenges and deliver solutions

Nice To Have:
