What you can look forward to as a Senior Software Developer – Linux/QNX/Rich OS (f/m/d):

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain high-quality software components, middleware, platform services, device drivers, and virtualization solutions for multicore High Performance Computing platforms and next-generation ECUs.
• Drive the implementation of complex software requirements in close collaboration with System, Hardware, Safety, Cybersecurity, and Architecture teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture, interface design, resource management, platform abstraction layers, Hypervisor integration, and Rich OS environments such as Embedded Linux and Android Automotive.
• Lead software bring-up, debugging, integration, performance tuning, and validation activities across heterogeneous multicore SoCs, virtualization platforms, and HPC software stacks.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, technical leadership, mentoring, CI/CD automation, and continuous improvement of software development processes and platform standards.

Your profile as a Senior Software Developer – Linux/QNX/Rich OS (f/m/d):

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, combined with several years of experience in embedded software development, HPC platforms, automotive compute platforms, or Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) environments.
• Strong expertise in modern C/C++, object-oriented software design, software architecture, UML modeling, and development of production-grade software.
• Min 3 years of experience commercial experience (AUTOMOTIVE or Linux development).
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, Android Automotive, QNX, Hypervisors, multicore SoCs, middleware frameworks, inter-process communication, and performance-critical software systems.
• Good understanding of BSP development, device drivers, virtualization concepts, container technologies, POSIX, ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity (ISO 21434), and AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary and international development teams.
• Fluent English for everyday communication with team members.
