Senior Sales Engineer – Commercial HVAC (Dubai)

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to grow its Commercial HVAC business in Dubai, with a focus on chillers and airside equipment. In this role, you’ll build trusted customer relationships, uncover new project opportunities, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs while supporting sales growth, order booking, revenue, and profitability.

What you’ll do

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, order-booking, and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, real estate developers, and end users.
• Promote and secure specifications for chillers, centrifugal chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Provide technical sales support, product presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Review project specifications and influence product selection during design and tender stages.
• Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunity reviews and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Represent Carrier at industry events, consultant engagements, and trade shows.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 6 years of HVAC sales experience, specifically with chillers and airside equipment.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, central plant solutions, and airside products.
• A track record of achieving sales, order-booking, and profitability targets.
