The team supports system installation and start-up, customer and clinical training, account assessment, workflow optimization, and the transition toward a sustainable, scalable and high-performing robotic program.

In this role as an RCS, you will be responsible for the successful integration of the RAS system in hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with broader Medtronic teams to identify and advance opportunities that support the development and expansion of robotic surgery programs while contributing to broader Medtronic business objectives.
  • Support the standardisation and optimisation of operating room workflows, team roles, room set-up, inventory planning, case preparation processes, and procedural readiness activities.
  • Use account and program data to identify adoption barriers, support corrective actions, and inform implementation priorities.
