Senior Quality Technician

• Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials and components per approved procedures, drawings, and inspection plans, including First Article Inspection to ensure compliance with defined specifications and acceptance criteria , and execute   sustaining incoming inspection based on sampling plans to detect defects early and maintain consistent material quality for production readiness.

• C onduct Product Outgoing Quality Control & Release Activities   through outgoing quality checks, including batch record ( e.g.   DHR) review, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.  

进行产品出货质量控制及放行活动 , 通过出货检验（包括批生产记录（如 DHR ） 审核 ） , 确保记录完整 , 准确 , 并符合质量及相关法规要 求 .  

• Maintain and update inspection records, batch documentation, and quality data   in accordance with   QMS requirements to ensure full traceability and   support internal and external   audit readiness   for the site.  

根据 质量管理体系（ QMS ）要求 ,   维护并更新检验记录 ,   批次文件及质量数据 ,   确保完整的可追溯性 ,   并支持工厂内部及外部审核的准备与顺利开展 .  

• Work closely with   cross functional team such as   Engineering, Supplier Quality,   Global Sourcing,   etc ,   to align inspection criteria, communicate defects, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements , by applying problem tools, e.g.,   5 Why, Fishbone   and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen .

The   essential requirements of the job i nclude  

• Diploma or   degree   in any Engineering related field or any relevant quality inspection certificates   with 3-5   years experience   in manufacturing quality.  

工程相关 领域的 中专 或 大专学历，或具备相关质量检验证书 及   3-5   年 产品或制造质量经验 。    

• Ability to interpret drawings (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).   

能 够解 读工程图纸   ( 几何尺寸与公差标注 )  

• Use of measuring instruments   e.g.   Vernier caliper, gauges, micrometer, height gauge , and   CMM ,   optical scope is preferred.  

能 够使用 测量仪器，例如游标卡尺、量规、千分尺、高度尺等 ;   及 有使用三坐 标测量机（ CMM ）和光学 测量仪器等测量设备的经验者优先 。  

• Organized and detail-oriented with   a high level   of initiative, self- motivation   and energy  

做事有条理、注重细节，并具备高度主动性、自我驱动力和充沛精力 。  

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:   出差、机 动车驾驶记录及身体 / 环境要求 ：  

• Ability to travel – 5 % travel, overnight, within territory   (if   necessary   visit suppliers)   or   occasional international travel   to Singapore.  

能 够接受 约 5% 的出差，包括区域内（如供 应商现场）的过夜出差，或偶尔前往新加坡的国际出差 ( 如有需要 ) 。

• Experience in   ISO9001   or , ISO13485   manufacturing environment

• Experience in managing Documentation Control.
