Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle project management from initiation through successful completion.Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Oversee project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance.Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve service, quality, and timeline objectives.Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with organizational processes, customer requirements, and industry standards.Job Requirements:10+ years of experience in project management, delivering complex projects.Experience in Aviation, aerospace, or engineering environments is preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.Strong leadership, structured thinking, and result oriented mindset.Skills & Competencies:Strong project management and delivery expertise.Planning, scheduling, and execution excellenceStakeholder management and collaboration.Financial and commercial awareness.Risk management and problem solving.Cross-functional team leadership.Focus on quality, service, and timeliness.Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
