Senior Project Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to design, implement, support, and optimize SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to analyse warehouse processes, configure SAP EWM functionalities, resolve incidents, and support integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and other logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to SAP EWM implementation and support projects for international clients.
• Analyse warehouse processes and design efficient, business oriented EWM solutions.
• Resolve system issues and support stable day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Propose and implement process improvements and new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams as a trusted logistics expert.
• Create clear project documentation and, at senior level, take ownership of solution areas and mentor others.

• Experience in supporting clients in the SAP EWM and/or WM area or participating in implementation projects within these domains.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional and international teams.
• Proactive, customer oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of topics.
• Proficiency in English or German (German is a strong advantage).

• Participate in on-call or shift support activities when required.
