Senior Manager, Vendor Management | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

Position Type: Full-time employee

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management to lead how we bring on, contract, and work with our global network of vendors and freelancers. You’ll build that network ahead of demand, own contracts from first customization to renewal, and lead a team that keeps onboarding, invoicing, and compliance accurate as volume grows.

What you’ll do

• Expand and diversify our global vendor and freelancer network ahead of demand, and identify new categories, geographies and skill sets

• Qualify and onboard new vendors quickly without lowering quality or compliance standards

• Own the contract lifecycle for vendor and freelancer agreements, including customizing approved templates for each consultant, negotiation, renewal and tracking

• Oversee invoicing, payment cycles and cost reconciliation

• Track vendor performance against SLAs and OKRs

• Lead, mentor and develop a team, and stay accountable for its compliance, invoicing accuracy and contract execution

• Build direct, credible relationships with key stakeholders

• Drive automation in onboarding, invoicing and reporting so the work scales with volume

Requirements

What you bring

• 8 to 10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or operations

• Hands-on experience in contract administration and lifecycle management

• At least 3 years in a people leadership role with accountability for team output

• Bachelor’s degree

• Preferred: experience building or scaling a vendor or freelancer network

• Preferred: a growth setting where vendor needs shift with client demand

• Preferred: professional services, BPO or client delivery background; L&D or training services is a plus

• Preferred: cross-border vendor sourcing, vendor management systems or freelance platforms, PMP or Six Sigma, MBA
