We are looking for a Senior / Manager to spearhead A.L.I.C.E's partnership programme and drive collaborative opportunities across the healthcare innovation ecosystem. You will play a central role in connecting innovators with the right industry partners, enterprise collaborators, research institutions, etc to help advance impactful healthcare solutions from ideas and concepts to adoption and deployment.

What You Will Do:

You will help lead the development and management of A.L.I.C.E's commercial partnerships by proactively identifying and engaging external stakeholders from relevant industry sectors. This involves systematically assessing synergies/business fit with potential partners, structuring win-win collaboration arrangements, and ensuring that partnerships generated deliver tangible value and impact for the healthcare ecosystem. You will establish meaningful engagements with all relevant commercial partners, deliver tailored presentations on centre value as well as track/report on partnerships and outreach progress.

Beyond partnership development, you will support various innovation projects by advising project teams on grant sourcing/application, and technology scouting to identify suitable industry collaborators, etc. You will help match project teams with domain partners/suppliers, facilitate stakeholder alignment discussions, and support the drafting and review of collaboration agreements in working towards commercialisation/adoption for the achievement of impactful outcomes.

You will contribute to the operational resilience of A.L.I.C.E by supporting the development of new operational/business models, overseeing compliance with workplace safety regulations and centre policies, and reporting on key performance indicators. You will also provide structured support to assigned institutions within SingHealth, guide junior team members in their stakeholder engagements, and co-organise workshops, seminars, and events with internal and external partners to help deepen innovation culture and build innovators' capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants with a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position
• Experience in developing and managing commercial or enterprise partnerships, as well as supporting ideation, incubation, commercialisation, or deployment of new technologies or services, preferably within the healthcare, technology, or innovation sector
• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement strategies and partnership programme development and execution, including areas in healthcare technology adoption, market segmentation, and partnership or licensing agreements, would be advantageous
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across clinical, engineering, regulatory, and business domains
• Resourceful, meticulous, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• Self-motivated and collaborative individual, with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries in consultation with senior leadership
