Senior Manager FRS In-Season Buying Excellence

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

• To enable fast, data driven in season decisions under VC model
• Centralize data analysis and rolling forecast

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-season

1. Own rolling forecast logic and chase decision framework
2. Build pre-season buying QTY based on buyers’ forecast
3. Communication and landing VC direction with account sales/PS/customers
4. Cross alignment based on GTM process with Mops/SO/BU/Buyer

• In-season

1. Build and update rolling forecasts for the selected VC range
2. Lead weekly decision review
3. Monitor in-season performance to identify planned Chase opportunities
4. Translate planned Chase signals into target volume proposals
5. Manage increasing SKU-level data analysis and rolling review
6. Work closely with FRS Buying, Tech, DP, PSI, and Sourcing teams across the E2E process

• Tech systems & analysis tools excellence

1. Work with IT to enhance system based on new needs
2. Cross work with SO/IST to enhance process

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

• University degree or above 
• Excellent data analysis skill
• Basic buying knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken in both English & Mandarin
• MS office skill advanced
