Maintain and support company IT systems and networks, ensuring reliable uptime, secure operations, and prompt resolution of incidents while administering servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents within SLA consistently
• Maintain network and system uptime targets
• Implement secure configurations and patching
• Document and improve network/system processes
• Support users with high satisfaction ratings

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration
• Experience supporting networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN)
• Familiarity with ITIL or help-desk ticketing practices
• Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
• Windows Server administration
• Linux administration
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
• Switches/routers troubleshooting
• Firewall/VPN configuration
• Monitoring and ticketing tools
• Customer-focused communication
• Structured problem-solving
• Time management and prioritization
