Senior HR Specialist with French

That's where you come in.   As a Senior HR Specialist within our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees across France and Belgium. You combine operational excellence with a genuine care for people, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.   What You'll Do   - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related employee queries on policies, processes, and systems (Tier 1 support). - Process HR requests and transactions within agreed SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. - Maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors, managing lifecycle events, absences, and personal data changes. - Manage HR cases using ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of all requests. - Prepare and issue standard HR documents such as certificates and employment letters. - Promote digital adoption by supporting employees in using HR self-service tools. - Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams on escalations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.   What You Bring   - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, personnel administration, or a shared services environment. - Hands-on experience with transactional HR processes and employee lifecycle management. - Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong communication and customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset. - Fluency in English is required; French and/or Dutch is a valuable advantage.   What We Offer   - A competitive salary package with clear career development opportunities within a global organization. - A diverse range of missions across multiple geographies, keeping your work stimulating and varied. - A friendly, collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. - Flexible working arrangements that support a healthy work-life balance. - Access to learning programs, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives that help you grow. - The chance to be part of a purpose-driven company shaping the future of energy.
