Job Title    SAP Service Delivery – Program Manager

Mandatory Requirements                
•  Must have worked on at least 2 (two) full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.                
•  SAP S/4HANA certification in the core module relevant to the engagement is mandatory.                
                
Key Responsibilities                
•  Own service-delivery management for the SAP GDH support operations.                
•  Manage SLA/KPI performance and incident/service-request governance.                
•  Lead client relationship management and periodic service reviews.                
•  Drive continuous service improvement across the support engagement.                
                
Required Skills & Expertise                
•  Service-delivery management, ITIL/SLA governance                
•  SAP S/4HANA AMS/support operations                
•  Client and stakeholder management                
                
Certifications                
•  SAP S/4HANA certification in the core module relevant to the engagement (mandatory)
