Job Description

• Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success
• Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
• Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
• Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

General requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Likely having 5+ years of experience in software testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
• Able to perform tasks under high pressure
• Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written), able to work directly with clients.

Technical requirements

• Solid experience in requirements analysis, test strategy and planning, and test design techniques (black-box, risk-based, exploratory). Hands-on testing of web UI and APIs (Postman or similar).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, plus API automation (REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or Playwright API). Good coding skills in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#, using POM and other design patterns. Tests integrated into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• AI-augmented testing: Daily use of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across testing work, with proven, concrete use cases such as:
  • generating test cases and test data from requirements or API specs
  • generating or refactoring automation scripts with AI
  • analyzing test failures and triaging flaky tests with LLMs
  • building agentic test workflows via MCP (e.g., Playwright MCP, or connecting Jira/TestRail/Git)
• Must be able to validate AI output and measure its impact on quality and speed.

Nice to have

• Testing AI/LLM-based features: prompt-response validation, hallucination and bias checks, using evaluation tools (Promptfoo, DeepEval, Ragas).
• Using the LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) to build internal QA tools.
• BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow), performance testing (k6, JMeter, Gatling).
