Senior Executive (O&G Clinic)
Job Description
You will be required to assist the HOD in the management of assigned outpatient clinics/centres including overseeing the day-to-day operations, improving work processes, managing staff, achieving customer service targets and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will work in partnership with Nurse Managers, Clinicians and other support staff to achieve these goals.
In addition, you are responsible for promoting positive patient relationships through feedback management and service recoveries. You will also prepare management reports and use data analytics to enable the clinics/centres to provide better patient care and services. You will have the opportunity to initiate and be involved in the implementation of various quality/improvement projects in the Division.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Those who possess prior working experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
