Senior Executive - B2B Business Development (Decor Projects), Mumbai

Role Purpose
We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals to drive business development & delivery and project management across the Decor portfolio through business engagement with General Contractors (GCs), Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Hospitality Groups, Developers, Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers. This will be a key account approach-based profile. 
The role will focus on identifying and securing project opportunities, building strategic relationships with key project influencers, and driving/delivering multi-category business across the Decor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development with promised deliveries month on month 
•    Build and manage relationships with General Contractors (GCs), PMCs, Hospitality Chains, Hotel Owners, Developers and Builders. Key account led approach.
•    Develop account level plans for key strategic customers with index pipeline and business delivery promises
•    Identify upcoming projects and generate a qualified & sustainable project pipeline.
•    Enrolling APWT in specification & make list of the larger users/key accounts which are being focussed  
•    Track projects from design stage through procurement and execution.
•    Secure early visibility into project opportunities and influence category specifications.
•    Stakeholder Management & Build strong relationship across above stake holders
