Senior Event Sales Manager
The Senior Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving event sales and revenue by developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel as a preferred venue for wedding, social celebration, corporate event, and lifestyle activations. The role requires strong knowledge of the Bali market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver tailored event solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives

Qualifications

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 3–4 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, weddings, F&B, or lifestyle hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali market with proven sales and revenue results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, business development, and client relationship skills.
- Creative, proactive, organized, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality and events.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Drive new business, leads, partnerships, and revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle for weddings, social & corporate events, meetings, and brand activations.
- Build strong client and partner relationships.
- Manage sales targets, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Represent the hotel at client meetings, site inspections, networking events, and industry activities
