Job Summary

Mould Engineer

1.  Qualification and Experience Required  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Composite Materials, or related Engineering discipline. 

• 2–5 years of experience in mould/tooling engineering within composite manufacturing environments. 

• Experience in wind turbine blade, composite component, or large-scale tooling manufacturing preferred. 

• Knowledge of SAP DMS, engineering documentation, and CAD tools. 

Experience: 2–5 Years 

2. Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and optimize moulds and tooling for composite manufacturing processes. 

• Support mould commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. 

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. 

• Manage engineering documentation and configuration control. 

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to tooling issues. 

3. Key Skill Set Required  

• Composite materials and manufacturing process knowledge. 

• 3D CAD and engineering drawing interpretation. 

• SAP DMS and document management experience. 

• Problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Technical documentation and report writing.
