Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in Mechanical Design, Aircraft Materials, Manufacturing processes and special processes
• Experience in Product design and detail design
• Experience in Engineering Change Management process
• Proficient in selecting Aircraft standard hardware such as threaded bolts, rivets, Hi-Loks.
• Should be able to provide design solutions for manufacturing producibility issues
• Develop solutions to the problem reported by Manufacturing / assembly lines
• Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings and should have application knowledge in GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• CAD Skill - Should be able to perform modeling and drafting using NX 2506
• PLM tool - Working experience in Teamcenter Engineering
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Presentation
• Electromechanical experience (Desired)
• 2 yrs of experience in Operations support Engineering and Post Certification Engineering (Desired)
• Working with Cross functional team - with business units in USA, Design team (North gate, Yelahanka) Bangalore, Manufacturing team, Quality and Supply chain (Devanahalli)
• Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and should be able to apply those in regular work

Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
