Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with 10 to 15 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Create user-centric designs for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation exercises.
Design responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with business requirements.
Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Improve customer journeys and overall user experience through design thinking.
Ensure consistency across products and digital platforms.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging design tools.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 to 15 years of experience in UX/UI Design.

Strong expertise in:

Figma
Wireframing
Prototyping
User Research
Usability Testing
Interaction Design
Design Systems

Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Miro, or Axure.
Exposure to AI-powered applications, Copilots, and conversational interfaces.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
Experience in digital transformation and enterprise application design projects.
