Senior Design Lead

Job Summary

Manage Dynatrace monitoring and observability operations.
• Configure, analyze, and optimize alerts.
• Design and maintain dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Develop SOPs and incident-response runbooks.
• Support APM and deep-monitoring implementation.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and operations teams.
• Possess working knowledge of GCP monitoring and cloud observability.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
