Senior CSSC Front Line Representative

As a Senior CSSC Frontline Representative DACH, you will be the key link between customers and our business, ensuring seamless order management and an outstanding customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders across multiple channels.
• Act as the main contact for customers in regard to order related topics e.g  order status, order adjustments, delivery status and returns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify pricing, availability, and customer data in line with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Serve as a key user for processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level German and good English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HVAC (SHK), building services, or electrical wholesale.
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• French and/or Italian language skills.
