Senior Core Systems Engineer
About the Role
Join an early-stage fintech team building a technology platform for traders. As a Core Systems Engineer, you will develop reliable, performance-sensitive infrastructure that supports trading workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain systems for order handling, risk rules, and ledger functionality.
Develop low-latency services designed for correctness and dependable performance in production.
Help scale core systems under real-world production load.
What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of systems engineering experience and strong software fundamentals.
Proficiency in Rust or strong C++ skills; experience with both is valuable.
Experience building low-latency, correctness-critical systems, such as trading, payments, exchanges, or similar infrastructure.
Background in trading, financial markets, fintech, or related domains is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $100,000 to $250,000 USD. Meaningful equity is offered. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote, with the primary location in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
