Senior Consultant(DPO)

Job Summary

The Senior Consultant drives process discovery, analysis, and redesign workstreams, supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end business process reengineering and transformation solutions. The role combines deep process expertise with client engagement skills to independently manage discrete workstreams and junior team members. The role builds functional expertise in BFSI or Healthcare business processes and consulting skills in Lean Six Sigma, VSM, and process redesign.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed As-Is process discovery and gap analysis through stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and document reviews.
• Facilitate focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, and process observation sessions.
• Facilitate VSM sessions, identify waste (Muda, Mura, Muri), and quantify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain VSMs, process maps and process decomposition hierarchies using tools such as Visio, IBM Blueworks, ARIS.
• Perform quantitative analysis on process metrics: cycle time, throughput, FTE effort, error rates, and cost.
• Perform data-driven root cause analysis using Fishbone diagrams, 5-Why, Pareto analysis, and control charts.
• Design To-Be process flows, and RACI matrices for reengineered processes.
• Support automation feasibility assessments, automation candidate scoring for RPA builds.
• Develop process performance metrics, KPIs, and business case aligned to business outcomes.
• Assist in the development of management plans, and communication decks.
• Contribute to knowledge assets, reusable frameworks, and proposal deliverables.
• Mentor business analysts and associates in methodology and delivery standards.
• Prepare client presentations, workshop outputs, and project status reports.
