Senior Associate - Ad Operations (Demand Partnerships)

We develop impactful connections by curating customized video-driven experiences that convert brand awareness into measurable response.   We are looking for a Senior Associate - Demand Operations to join our growing team!

What will you do as a Senior Associate - Demand Operations :

• 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 to drive stronger monetization
• Relationship Building with Demand Partners.
• Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to improve delivery, win rates, and revenue
• Identifying opportunities to improve partner efficiency and unlock growth
• Troubleshooting campaign and integration issues to ensure smooth execution

What are we looking for :

• 1-2 yrs of Experience in Demand Ops
  
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills 
• Understanding of DSPs, RTB, and PMP deals
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset
• Ability to work closely with partners and internal stakeholders
